Ally oversees case management activities and assists the Chief Policy and Research Officer in providing policy amendments for Board consideration.
Amanda Marks – Senior Director, Information Technology
Amanda partners with the CIO in managing day-to-day IT operations, vendor relationships, and mission-critical projects of the organization. She manages systems and business requirements and user acceptance testing for NRMP’s key systems.
April Williams – Client Support Specialist
April provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Barry S. Eisenberg, M.S. – Senior Communications Analyst
Barry is responsible for developing press releases, handling media relations, drafting the monthly e-newsletter, maintaining the NRMP public website, and managing social media activities.

Christina provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Deirdre Lee – Senior Compliance Analyst
Deirdre facilitates the waiver review process and assists the Senior Director of Compliance in conducting violation investigations.

Felicia Moody – Client Support Specialist
Felicia provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Jeanette L. Calli, M.S. – Chief of Match Operations
Jeanette supervises the operations team and spearheads growth of NRMP matching services.
Kehua Zhang, Ph.D. – Senior Research and Data Analyst
Kehua handles data requests, assists the director of research in maintaining the NRMP Data Warehouse, and prepares reports for the Main Residency Match and Fellowship Matches.
Lauren Byrne, M.P.H. – Chief Compliance and Communications Officer
Lauren provides strategic direction and oversight of the compliance and communications divisions, helps staff the Policy Review Subcommittee of the Board of Directors, and works with the President/CEO on special projects.
Laurie S. Curtin, Ph.D. – Chief Policy and Research Officer
Laurie leads and oversees NRMP policy development as well as data and research initiatives. She also assists the President and CEO in executing Board-related tasks and activities.

Rhonda assists the Director of Finance in all accounting functions. She processes credit card payments and checks from institutions.
Risë B. Goldstein, Ph.D., M.P.H. – Senior Director of Research
Risë works with the Chief Policy Officer in developing proposals for Board consideration to expand the NRMP’s research activities, and oversees the maintenance of the Data Warehouse, processing of data requests, and preparation of reports on the Main Residency and Fellowship Matches.
Russette Blake – Client Support Specialist
Russette provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Stacy Gibson – Director of Finance
Stacy oversees the NRMP’s accounting policies, procedures and annual audit, prepares the annual operating and capital budgets, implements purchasing procedures, and conducts payroll.
Vivian Gaspar – Executive Assistant
Vivian provides assistance and direct support to the NRMP President and CEO, members of the senior leadership team, and the NRMP Board of Directors.
